ADJUSTABLE NIP ROLLERS

The adjustable rubber roller can adjust the gap between the roller body and the bottom roller to meet the laminating requirements of different materials and thicknesses for various application scenarios.

SOLID DIE
The solid die is the most fundamental and widely used rotary cutting mold. For most narrow-web converting applications, solid rotary dies are the preferred option.
DC53 Steel
This high-quality rotary tool is manufactured from tempered DC53 tool steel. It performs kiss-cut and through-cut processing for complex materials under medium and high-volume production, with hardness ranging from 60 to 63 HRC.
HSS - M2 Steel
Our premium cutting tool adopts HSS-M2 steel hardened to 62–65 HRC. It handles kiss-cut and full through-cut of large batches of paper, metal foil, cardboard and composite materials, especially highly abrasive substrates. M2 steel delivers superior cutting performance and longer service life compared to DC53.

PIN-EJECT DIE
Built-in mechanical ejector pins strip finished workpieces away from the die to avoid cut-profile clogging and safeguard cutting edges. The pin-eject die provides highly dependable scrap removal, maintaining consistent waste evacuation throughout high-speed production runs.

Low-tack PET liner removes punched scrap.

Through Cutting
A vacuum extraction funnel evacuates scrap, matched with waste collection cabinet and vacuum pump/cleaner assembly.
VACUUM DIE
The vacuum die features a hollow interior with through-holes around its circumference for vacuum scrap evacuation. Scrap is drawn into the die cavity and conveyed toward one terminal for extraction by a vacuum pump. This design cuts consumption of carrier tape and drastically lowers blade wear triggered by scrap buildup.

Feature & Application
- Suitable for small hole waste of 2–20 mm.
- Too many or too large holes may lead to insufficient suction or the inability to remove waste.
- Die normally Through/Total/Full cut.
- Requires a collection cabinet, vacuum pump/cleaner.
- Not suitable for materials with adhesive, as there is a risk of waste sticking to the inner cavity of the die.

AIR- EJECT DIE
Air Eject Die uses compressed air to assist in the ejection of waste from punched holes. Inside the die, there are air channels that lead the compressed air precisely to the intended position of the cutting line.
Feature & Application
- Uses an air-blowing mechanism to evacuate scrap, avoiding buildup inside the die cavity and lowering the risk of cutting edge damage.
- Die normally Through/Total/Full cut.
- Often used together with a vacuum funnel, waste collection cabinet, and vacuum pump/cleaner.


MAGNETIC CYLINDERS
Our magnetic cylinders are fully customized to match your precise die-cutting requirements, delivering consistent high cutting quality. Manufactured for ultra-precise operation, these stainless steel magnetic rollers feature excellent corrosion resistance.


Feature & Application
- This material retains stable magnetic force while generating firm, uniform adhesion for flexible rotary dies.
- Lightweight alternatives are available upon request, built with aluminum or hollow internal structures.
- Optional locating pins can be fitted onto the roller surface to eliminate any lateral shifting of flexible dies.

SHEETING CUTTER
The blades of the cross cutter can be positioned with a minimum distance of 19 mm between them. All types of perforation and cutting blades can be used in any groove and individually exchanged. The fastening screws of the clamping system are easy to loosen from above and immediately release the blade for replacement without jamming. Fixing is just as quick.

SLITTING CUTTER
Slitting cutters are widely used for multi-lane product slitting and edge trimming of base materials. The minimum spacing between slitting blades is 10 mm. This rotary die supports both kiss cutting and full through cutting. Blades slide freely along the main shaft; after sliding to the target position, lock the fastening screw securely.
ANVIL ROLLER
- All HOACO anvil rollers are fully through-hardened (core-through heat treatment). They are manufactured from premium-grade steel for long-wearing surfaces, boosting cutting performance and service lifespan. Strict control over surface smoothness and concentricity guarantees consistent die-cut quality.
- Precision: <3 μm, Cylindricity: <3 μm.
