RDC + ROBOT WORKING PRINCIPLE

HOACO's pick and place die cutting machine integrates a robotic arm directly into the rotary die cutting line, enabling fully automated PnP converting without manual intervention.

The system consists of RDC rotary die cutter, conveyor, vision system, robot and PLC central control:

  1. The rotary die cutter completes continuous rolling die cutting at fixed rhythm. 

  2. Finished products are conveyed steadily to the picking position.

  3. Vision camera conducts dynamic positioning to compensate material deviation.

  4. Delta / SCARA robot realizes speed synchronization and signal interlock with rotary die cutter for accurate tracking and picking.

  5. Automatically complete sorting, layered stacking, and arranging for packaging.

  6. Integrated PLC control with emergency stop, fault alarm and safety curtain to ensure stable operation.
