CONVEYOR STACKING WITH REJECT FUNCTION

STACKING-INTO-TRAY MACHINE

OVERVIEW
Matched with the rear end of a rotary die cutting machine, the equipment automatically conveys, counts and stacks cut sheets accurately. Products are stacked in preset quantities and collected into special trays with one stack per tray, realizing automatic material collection and facilitating subsequent packaging and turnover.
APPLICABLE PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Suitable for various regular sheet products with a maximum processing size of 250 mm×250 mm. Adjustable equipment parameters adapt to different product specifications.
OPERATING SPEED
The standard operating speed is 15 m/min. The equipment runs stably with accurate counting, ensuring intact products and tidy stacks for continuous batch production.
SMALL SIZE SHEET STACKING MACHINE

The material-receiving mechanism descends slowly during stacking to maintain consistent relative height with the conveyor. The rear end can be connected to a conveyor belt or packaging machine.

LONG SHEET STACKING MACHINE

Suitable for sheet products of considerable length, dimensions customizable. Sample product shown in video: length 400 mm, width customizable.
Stacking height: 100 mm
Line speed: 12 m/min
Capacity: 25 pcs/min
Working principle: Sheets fall into the pre-staging bin. Once the preset sheet quantity is reached, the pre-staging bin transfers the complete stack to the outfeed conveyor, which discharges the stacked products.
